The primary focus of management
within an organization is coping with complexity. This entails such
activities as managing a workforce; planning and dealing with budgets;
organizing and staffing; controlling and problem solving, etc. The goal
of all our management development courses is to develop and enhance
competencies within each participant, which will enable them to be an
effective and successful manager. This is accomplished through a variety
of group and individual activities, audio and/or videotapes, worksheets,
models, etc. We pride ourselves in conducting a development process
that enables the participants to apply what they acquire on the first
day back in the office. Each of these programs is tailored
to the organization requesting it. Therefore, we have no schedule of
